NOTICE: INVITATION TO BID
SCOPE OF WORK:
The project involves the renovation of an existing bank building into four new offices and interior finish updates.
PRE-BID & LOCATION: Tour of building will be available at the pre-bid.
For the purpose of reviewing the proposed project, schedule,
and answering questions, a pre-bidding conference will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday,
June 12, 2024. This meeting will be open to representatives of all General Contractors and
major subcontractors. The pre-bid conference will be held at the Corsicana City Hall
Conference Room. A tour of the existing building and project site will follow immediately
after the pre-bid conference.
BID-DATE & LOCATION:
Sealed proposals will be received by the City
Manager at the Corsicana City Hall until 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 20, 2024 at which time
the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be
accepted. Bids may also be submitted by email at bids@corsicanatx.gov. Bids submitted by
email must receive a confirmed receipt to be considered.
