Scope of Work:

The scope of work will include Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing systems, Technology, Security, Interior Finishes, and Roofing.
The scope of work for the site will include but not be limited to the following: The extension of the existing fire lane, Modification of the existing track, Minor exterior and site Improvements, and the provision of a temporary classroom village. The target enrollment Capacity is 1,350 students. Construction is expected to begin in the Winter of 2025, be substantially complete in the Spring of 2027, and be ready for the fall semester in August 2027.

PRE-BID DATE:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. CST on April 17, 2025, at the Meadowbrook Middle School Auditorium, 2001 Ederville Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76103, for all interested parties. Please allow 15 minutes before the meeting to check in at the front desk administration office, and will be escorted to the meeting location. This meeting is not mandatory, but the information discussed will be very helpful in preparing the proposal. Any questions asked and answered during the meeting will be available through the electronic bid system.
All 2021 Capital Improvement construction procurement responses must be submitted electronically through the electronic bid system. That system can be found at https://fwisd.ionwave.net/.

BID DATE:
Completed CSP Package Parts 1-A, 1-B, and 1-C must be submitted through IonWave no later than April 29, 2025, before 2:00 PM (CST).

Any materials received after the respective closing date/times will not be considered.

The District will open and read the names of the proposers and prices submitted in responsive CSPs, April 29, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. upon submittal of Part 1-A, 1-B, and 1-C of the Package, at the Fort Worth ISD Central Administration Building, at 7060 Camp Bowie, Fort Worth, TX 76116. No further information will be publicly released until after the date the Agenda is publicized for the Board of Education meeting.

The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, proposals, CSPs, or statements of qualification and to waive technicalities.
