Major Interior renovations throughout, A new secured front entry vestibule, Corridor upgrades, Upgrades at the Commons/Media Center/Cafeteria, and Upgrades for student collaboration. Building Additions will be provided and include but not be limited to the following: The expansion of the Dining Room, CTE Labs, Band, Orchestra, Choir, Media Center, Administration, Science Labs, General Classrooms, and Life Cycle Improvements. The scope of work will include Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing systems, Technology, Security, Interior Finishes, and Roofing. The scope of work for the site will include but not be limited to the following: The extension of the existing fire lane, Modification of the existing track, Minor exterior and site Improvements, and the provision of a temporary classroom village. The target enrollment Capacity is 1,350 students.
